Grief is a natural and inevitable part of life, but coping with it can be a difficult and exhausting, sometimes a challenging process. It should take its time where one goes through certain stages, in a certain period, but... sometimes it takes too long, and is paralyzing. Sometimes it doesn't go away. Sometimes it takes over too much. Sometimes one cannot move forward and life is not really lived, just like being stuck. But what is a reasonable time for grief?

With the right help and support, one can get assistance in processing grief and loss in a healthy, faster way that helps you move on in life. In this blog post, I will write about how I, from CE-Hypnosis (www.ce-hypnosis.com), help people manage grief, and how this can change difficult heavy emotions into softer memories where life can move forward.

Grief and loss can arise not only from deaths but also from divorces and other losses and breakups. Guilt, fear, loneliness, anger, anxiety, helplessness, regret, and depression can also be part of this emotional process. But often, one may need help to move forward because it is such a heavy burden to carry.

Grief can change - ce-hypnosis helps to make a difference

I am a certified therapist who has helped many clients manage grief and loss by offering an inner healing session to transform deep painful emotions.

My therapeutic approach is characterized by warmth, empathy, and understanding, providing my clients with a safe and supportive environment where they can change their emotions related to grief and loss so that the painful aspects decrease and become softer and more manageable.

When we lose someone or something important in our lives, it is natural to feel grief. It may need to take its course, but after a while (usually 1 year), it is important to have the opportunity and space for inner healing.

It can feel challenging to manage your pain, but what a huge difference it makes afterward. The paralyzing heavy feeling becomes lighter, and life feels more manageable.

My method in therapy can help manage these feelings in an improving, gentle, and soft way. During a session with me, I help my clients find their inner strength and resources to manage their grief in a natural, supportive way.

Please note:

I do not diagnose, treat, or cure diseases. I do not work with cancer (in Sweden no, only as a support for emotions/nausea in Australia), mental illness, or severe depression. In such cases, clients are referred to appropriate medical or healthcare professionals.

What I can offer is supportive work focused on change and self-regulation such as working with triggers, behaviours, emotional responses, and learned reactions. This may have a positive influence on overall wellbeing or help relate differently to physical sensations (for example pollen responses, stress reactions, habits, emotions, or pain).
Many people find this makes daily life feel easier, more comfortable and more manageable. You can read reflections from clients about their personal experiences here.

Online sessions are available for clients in Scandinavia, Australia, Europe, Asia and Canada.
