Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis
Hypnotherapy/hypnosis is a shortcut to your amazing library that contains all subconscious patterns and conclusions. This is where the magic happens!!!
That's why it's faster and much more efficient.
If you could have accomplished this with your conscious mind, you would have already done it. That's why it's not always your fault that you struggle to change certain things. But the good news is, you have the power to make changes, and that's where hypnotherapy can make a fantastic difference.
If you want effective change, I can assist you. There's always a reason behind symptoms or reactions. I can address these, and a part of the therapy is to present your subconscious with more beneficial suggestions and patterns, according to your desires.
How would you like to feel instead?
I use various tools to assist you in reaching your goals while you relax in a comfortable place. Many describe hypnosis as a state of focused attention. You feel very calm and relaxed. And yes, you are actually in control.
Together, we embark on a unique journey that helps you release old burdens and mundane experiences, and instead, feel better and discover more opportunities and sources of joy.
Hypnotherapy works by assisting you in achieving a state of deep relaxation, making it easier to process negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns. When in this state, you can more easily communicate with your subconscious and identify feelings and behaviors that may have caused what you're seeking help for.
During hypnotherapy, I will guide you through a series of relaxation exercises and visual imagery to help you achieve this state of deep relaxation. Once you're in a pleasantly comfortable state of relaxation, we can identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors that might have caused issues like stress or anxiety, for example. I also provide positive suggestions and recommendations for alternative behaviors (suggestion therapy) that can assist you in managing what you've sought help for in a better way. The combination of multiple methods is often highly effective.
Hypnotherapy can also help you increase your self-awareness and self-confidence, which can aid you in addressing other challenges in your life.
