A structured online program supporting the body’s response to pollen by calming nervous-system overreaction.

Seasonal pollen allergies affect many Australians year after year.
Even with medication, antihistamines or nasal sprays, symptoms often return - sometimes bringing frustration, anticipation, and a sense of losing control during certain seasons.

The Pollen Reset Method™ is a calm, structured online process designed to support adults in reducing the intensity and duration of pollen allergy symptoms by working with subconscious and nervous-system responses.

This page introduces a calm, supportive approach that focuses on the nervous system’s response to seasonal triggers.

It is non-medical, does not replace healthcare, and is often used alongside conventional treatment.

Understanding seasonal reactions

For many people, seasonal allergy reactions are not only physical. They can also be influenced by:

  • learned nervous-system responses

  • anticipation and stress linked to previous seasons

  • heightened sensitivity during repeated exposure

  • the body’s memory of earlier reactions

When the nervous system remains on high alert, reactions can feel stronger or harder to manage - even before pollen levels rise.

The Pollen Reset Method™ - a structured supportive process

The Pollen Reset Method™ is a guided online process designed to support calmer regulation of the nervous system in response to seasonal triggers.

It does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Instead, it focuses on helping the body move out of over-activation and into a more balanced response.

How the process is structured

Step 1 — Pattern Mapping
We explore and analyse  how your system has learned to respond to seasonal triggers and how those patterns developed.

Step 2 — Nervous System Calming
Sessions focus on gently reducing stress and over-activation linked to seasonal exposure.

Step 3 — Subconscious Response Updating
Automatic reactions to pollen exposure are carefully repatterned.

Step 4 — Safe Exposure Integration
The body is supported in responding with greater ease and less reactivity.

Step 5 — Stabilisation for Future Seasons
This final step focuses on consolidating the changes made during the program and preparing the body for future pollen seasons.

By supporting long-term regulation rather than short-term relief, this step helps ensure that improvements feel stable and carry forward beyond the current season.

Please note:

I do not diagnose, treat, or cure diseases. I do not work with cancer (in Sweden no, only as a support for emotions/nausea in Australia), mental illness, or severe depression. In such cases, clients are referred to appropriate medical or healthcare professionals.

What I can offer is supportive work focused on change and self-regulation such as working with triggers, behaviours, emotional responses, and learned reactions. This may have a positive influence on overall wellbeing or help relate differently to physical sensations (for example pollen responses, stress reactions, habits, emotions, or pain).
Many people find this makes daily life feel easier, more comfortable and more manageable. You can read reflections from clients about their personal experiences here.

Online sessions are available for clients in Scandinavia, Australia, Europe, Asia and Canada.
