FAQ - Try free Hypnosis

Q1: Is hypnosis safe?
Yes. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation. You remain aware and in control at all times. You can open your eyes or end the session whenever you wish.

Q2: Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
You can always return to full awareness simply by opening your eyes and stretching (unless you fall asleep). If something important needs your attention, you’ll automatically become alert.

Q3: What does hypnosis feel like?
It’s like floating between wakefulness and dream — the body relaxed, the mind clear. Many describe feelings of calm and stillness, or a supernice relaxation.

Q4: What’s the purpose of these free exercises?
To let you experience what hypnosis feels like — a safe, gentle introduction to guided relaxation. This is not therapy, just a moment for wellbeing and inner balance.

Q5: Can I listen more than once?
Absolutely. Each time you listen, your mind learns to reach calm and focus more easily.

Please note:

I do not diagnose, treat, or cure diseases. I do not work with cancer (in Sweden no, only as a support for emotions/nausea in Australia), mental illness, or severe depression. In such cases, clients are referred to appropriate medical or healthcare professionals.

What I can offer is supportive work focused on change and self-regulation such as working with triggers, behaviours, emotional responses, and learned reactions. This may have a positive influence on overall wellbeing or help relate differently to physical sensations (for example pollen responses, stress reactions, habits, emotions, or pain).
Many people find this makes daily life feel easier, more comfortable and more manageable. You can read reflections from clients about their personal experiences here.

Online sessions are available for clients in Scandinavia, Australia, Europe, Asia and Canada.
