What a typical online session is like

  1. We start with a short conversation about what you want to work with and an intake form

  2. You’re guided into a relaxed, focused state

  3. We work on the issue you have chosen

  4. Subconscious patterns are explored further and updated according to your wishes

  5. We close the session calmly, usually with time for a short reflection

 

Many people feel relaxed afterwards; others feel clear and energised. There’s no “right” response. Depending on time zone - for some clients we usually use the opportunity to go to bed afterwards. ​
