Relaxation/Suggestion Therapy - In a comfortable and relaxed state, the subconscious is shown various options for handling scenarios and achieving your goals.      

It is a subtle way to help show more frutiful ways to handle situations or behaviour.

The subconscious mind is like the vast storage room of your experiences, habits, and learned patterns.

Unlike the conscious mind— which is logical, analytical, and focused on immediate decisions—the subconscious runs much of life on autopilot. It stores memories, emotions, beliefs, and deeply ingrained routines that shape how we react, feel, and behave, often without us realizing it.


This is why hypnosis and suggestive therapy can be so effective. In a relaxed and focused state, hypnosis allows helpful suggestions to bypass the conscious “filter” and reach the subconscious more directly. When this happens, the subconscious can begin to adopt new ways of responding—transforming old patterns into healthier ones.


For example:

1) Hypnotherapy for stress and anxiety relief can help the subconscious mind create calmer, more resourceful reactions.

2) Hypnosis for breaking unwanted habits such as smoking, nail biting, or overeating gives the subconscious new alternatives to replace old routines.


3) Hypnotherapy for allergies and sensitivities can guide the subconscious to respond differently, no longer treating harmless triggers as threats.


When it doesnt work - there is a block in the way

All benefits unfold best when there is no block in the way. A subconscious block may be resistance, fear, or a conflicting belief—for example, wanting to change a habit consciously while subconsciously fearing what that change might mean. In such cases, part of effective CE-methods and hypnotherapy involves gently working with the block, building trust, and aligning the conscious and subconscious so they both support the same goal. ( many do have blocks so it is not uncommon).


When the path is clear, suggestive therapy and hypnosis works like a direct line of communication to the subconscious, making real and lasting transformation possible.
